Kotter launches new strategic roadmap product
Kotter, a Boston-based management consultancy, has launched its new “Accelerated Change Roadmap” product.
The roadmap – which takes approximately three months to complete – includes discovery, alignment, roadmap creation, and behavioral blueprint stages to build an actionable path for transformation.

The discovery stage includes surveys and one-on-one conversation with leaders to ascertain a client organization’s unique situation, including challenges and opportunities for change.
In the strategic alignment stage, Kotter works to align leaders on a unified vision and balanced scorecard across the company.
With a clear understanding of objectives, the consultancy builds a roadmap that details major milestones and critical workstreams need to achieve transformation goals.
In the behavioral blueprint stage, Kotter works with leaders to identify the behaviors, habits, and mindsets needed for lasting change that achieves the desired future state of the company.
Founded in 2010 by John Kotter, Konosuke Matsushita professor of leadership, emeritus at Harvard Business School, Kotter provides firms in a wide range of industries with services in learning and development and consulting.
The firm’s consulting business has offerings across strategy execution, culture change, digital transformation, leadership development, operation efficiency, and M&A integration.
