Sia Partners buys organizational change expert Notion Consulting
Sia Partners, a Paris-headquartered management consulting firm, has acquired Notion Consulting, a New York-based leadership and organizational change consulting firm.
Founded in 2015, Notion advises clients on transformation, restructuring, strategy launches, process and technology implementations, and executive transitions. The firm’s 25 professionals work with companies across consumer goods and retail, energy, life sciences, communications, and entertainment.
Sia’s acquisition of Notion will expand its transformation and change business unit in the US East region.
“The acquisition of Notion Consulting consolidates our position in the US and confirms our ambition for the North American region. Having Notion on board will allow us to expand Change Management & Organization capabilities and multiply business synergies,” said Sia Partners founder and CEO Matthieu Courtecuisse, who last year relocated to the firm’s New York office. “We are now operating in seventeen locations in North America and are in line with our plan to expand to 20 locations with over 2,000 consultants by 2027.”
The French-origin consultancy expanded into the US market in 2012, and today has 600 consultants across 12 US offices, coast-to-coast. Sia currently has 3,000 consultants in 19 countries and is on track for $560 million in revenue this fiscal year.
The firm has consulting practices in areas including corporate strategy, turnaround, supply chain, compliance, marketing and pricing, IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data science.

Since 2021, Sia’s US acquisitions include Latham BioPharm Group, an Elkridge, MD-based life science consulting firm; Addison, a New York-based creative agency; PPT Consulting, a Philadelphia-based management and technology consultancy; and Summus Group, a Charlotte-based consulting firm.
