Recalibrate AI launches ‘Identity Platform’ to help leaders navigate AI change

Recalibrate AI, a Phoenix-headquartered leadership development and executive coaching firm, has launched the private beta of its “Identity Platform” which aims to improve leadership effectiveness during AI transformation.

The new platform pioneers the category of “Identity Strategy,” which focuses on closing the gap between AI investments and leadership’s ability to operate in more complex environments.

Liana Habicht, the boutique firm’s founder and CEO, says that although companies are rapidly deploying AI technologies, leadership behavior and decision-making often lags behind – creating what she calls an “Identity Gap.”

“Companies are investing heavily in AI, but the return is constrained by how leaders operate under pressure and change,” said Habicht. “The challenge is not just learning new tools. It is evolving the identity driving how decisions get made.”

Habicht has more than two decades of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and marketing. She founded Recalibrate AI in 2019, and before that founded and led for nine years Trendy Lime, a marketing agency and global lifestyle social network.

Earlier in her career, Habicht spent a year with McKinsey as an expert consultant in digital marketing, two years as a marketing director at social media firm Fotki, and three years as a marketing and business manager at utility firm RWE.

Habicht has an MBA from INSEAD, where she serves as an entrepreneur-in-residence providing strategic advice and coaching to INSEAD startups.

The Identity Platform builds on a methodology Habicht began developing in 2019 through testing in workshops with hundreds of founders and executives. The platform addresses the human layer of transformation – how leaders think, make decisions, and perform in real-time – and has two integrated components:

The SELF Framework – which identifies the four drivers of identity: state, environment, legacy, and flow.
The RISE Loop – which is the iterative process working the drivers: reflect, ideate, shift, and embody.

The private beta is now available by invitation and a broader rollout is planned for later this year.
