EFESO Management Consultants launches interim management offering in North America
EFESO Management Consultants, a Paris-headquartered operational consulting firm, has launched an interim management offering in North America.
The new offering will be led by recently hired partner Shannon Gabriel, who is based in Raleigh, NC. Gabriel is a seasoned human capital executive and consultant with more than 20 years of experience.
The interim management offering will provide experienced leaders to help manufacturing sector clients drive rapid transformation. EFESO’s interim leaders will assess organizational strengths and weaknesses, develop strategies to stabilize operations and improve performance, and lay a foundation for sustained Ebitda growth.
The leaders will focus on delivering outcomes while bridging to permanent leadership and ensuring a smooth transition.
“Our Interim Management offering is not about filling a seat—it’s about embedding change,” said Gabriel. “Our leaders are results-driven operators. They are experienced and extremely talented at what they do, bringing strategic clarity, resilience, and emotional intelligence to help organizations evolve and thrive in today’s volatile business environment.”
EFESO has 1,000+ employees across 30+ locations in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The consultancy works on strategy execution and operational excellence engagements with clients in manufacturing, energy, life sciences, and private equity, among other industries.
“Our Interim Management offering provides a fast, strategic, and hands-on solution to build resilient capabilities and accelerate transformation. Shannon brings the right experience to our team at the right time, giving our clients the leadership they need to drive success,” said Lawrence Keeley, senior partner and private equity co-lead, EFESO Americas.
Gabriel most recently spent eight years at operational specialist TBM Consulting Group, where she was VP of the leadership solutions practice and advised clients on workforce transformation and leadership team design. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade at engineering and manufacturing industry recruiting firm Austin Nichols, where she was Southeast division manager.
