Armanino acquires ERP consultancy Complete Business Solutions

Armanino, a San Ramon, CA-based accounting and consulting firm, has acquired Complete Business Solutions (CBS), a Boca Raton, FL-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) and technology consulting firm.

Founded in 1985, CBS has extensive experience in ERP software analysis, implementation, and technology support for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and NetSuite.

The firm has particular expertise helping clients in distribution, healthcare, nonprofit, and professional services migrate legacy Microsoft solutions to Dynamics 365 or Business Central.

CBS has 14 employees listed on LinkedIn.

Armanino’s acquisition of CBS will expand its presence in Florida and enhance its ability to meet client demand for advanced ERP tools and AI-driven solutions.
