HKA hires Bill Jennings as principal in forensic accounting practice

HKA, a risk and disputes consulting firm, has hired William (Bill) Jennings as a principal in its forensic accounting and commercial damages (FACD) practice in Atlanta.

Jennings brings more than 40 years of experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, business valuation, and asset recovery. He specializes in uncovering financial irregularities, quantifying damages, and implementing internal controls, and has conducted investigations for the US SEC and DOJ, among other agencies.  

Jennings previously was a senior director at Delta Consulting Group. Before that, he was a managing director at Alvarez & Marsal, LECG, and Kroll. Earlier in his career, he was a director at PwC.

Jennings has an MBA from Auburn University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans. He is a certified public accountant, a certified fraud examiner, certified in financial forensics, accredited in business valuation, and a licensed private detective.
