Oliver Wyman acquires analytics consultancy Validate Health
Oliver Wyman, a New York-based management consulting firm, has agreed to acquire Validate Health, a Chicago-based healthcare analytics consultancy.
Founded in 2017, Validate provides analytics solutions to healthcare providers and accountable care organizations (ACOs) to grow market size, increase margins, optimize programs, and manage risk.
The firm’s solutions reconstruct the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) methodology using computer models for various accountable care programs, then simulate impacts of multiple scenarios at different organizational levels, time horizons, and decision frequencies.
Validate has 20 employees listed on LinkedIn.
Upon the transaction’s expected completion in summer 2025, Validate will join Oliver Wyman’s actuarial consulting practice.

Oliver Wyman’s actuarial practice advises global insurers and assesses risk across life, property and casualty, and healthcare markets. The practice has more than 600 global professionals, including 300 credentialed actuaries.
