Abe Nour joins Sikich as transaction advisory principal
Abe Nour has joined Sikich, a Chicago-headquartered accounting and consulting firm, as a principal in its transaction advisory services practice.
Nour brings more than 20 years of experience advising on transactions, from diligence to post-close integration. He has worked on 500+ domestic and international deals across industries such as healthcare, business services, manufacturing, consumer products, and software.
Nour has deep expertise in working capital analyses, purchase and loan agreement terms, financial statement evaluation, carve-out transactions, and working capital disputes.
He joins Sikich from the San Francisco office of Kroll, where he was a managing director in the M&A practice. Before that, Nour was a managing director in Riveron’s M&A practice and a director in KPMG’s deal advisory practice.
Earlier in his career, Nour was a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting.
He has an MBA from the University of Chicago, a master’s degree in business taxation from the University of Southern California, and a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Manchester. Nour also holds CPA and AICPA member designations.

The firm has approximately 2,000 people across 18 offices in the US and India. Sikich is the 25th-largest CPA firm in the US, according to Inside Public Accounting, with annual revenue of $438.9 million.
