RGP makes two senior appointments in its consulting segment
RGP, a Dallas-based management consulting firm, has made two senior appointments in its consulting segment, promoting Steve Hook to digital solutions leader and hiring Greg Derderian as CFO advisory leader.
Based in New York, Steve Hook has more than 28 years of enterprise technology experience, with expertise across platform modernization, risk systems, and large-scale technology transformation.
He has since 2018 been a partner at Reference Point, which RGP acquired in 2024. Before that, Hook held senior technology leadership roles at several large financial institutions, including Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, and Merrill Lynch. At Credit Suisse, he served as chief information officer for global markets and chief technology officer for investment bank risk technology.
Based in Jacksonville, Greg Derderian has over 35 years of experience focusing on helping enterprises build finance functions, navigate regulations, optimize operational budgets, and implement technology transformations.
He joins RGP from Aegis Advisory Partners, where he spent five years as managing partner. Before that, he was a senior partner in the CFO transformation practice of Genpact, a partner in EY and IBM’s finance management advisory practice, and a managing director in BearingPoint’s finance advisory practice.
Hook and Derderian will report to Scott Rottmann, president of consulting services.
