RGP makes four senior leadership appointments
RGP, Dallas-based management consulting firm, has made four senior leadership appointments, naming Richard Toledo as leader of the risk and compliance consulting practice; Jessica Harris as leader of the supply chain consulting practice; Jennifer Garcia as leader of the finance transformation practice; and Daniel Boyer as head of M&A.
Based in New York, Toledo will lead RGP’s capabilities across enterprise risk management, internal audit, regulatory compliance and controls, and SOX.
Toledo has more than 25 years of experience supporting financial services firms on risk management, organizational change, project management, and technology initiatives. He joined RGP as part of the firm’s 2024 acquisition of Reference Point, where he led the risk practice for nine years.
Before his tenure at Reference Point, Toledo held leadership roles at Credit-Suisse, Barclays, Citi, and Morgan Stanley.
Based in Dallas, Harris will focus on building RGP’s capabilities across supply chain transformation, procurement optimization, and AI-enabled operational strategy.
She has 30 years of professional experience focusing on supply chain management, including 12 years with RGP. Harris most recently served as VP for supply chain solutions.
She previously was a director in Sirius Solutions’ supply chain practice and a supply chain manager at Johnson & Johnson.
Based in New York, Garcia will oversee engagements in target operating model design, shared services and global business services (GBS), process optimization, and ERP and EPM modernization.
She has over a decade of experience in investment banking, financial services advisory, and management consulting. Garcia joined RGP via the acquisition of Reference Point, where she advised financial institutions on strategic and operational transformation programs.
Before that, she was a senior manager at EY, where she worked on finance transformation and operations strategy consulting engagements, and an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan.
Based in Houston, Boyer will in a newly created role oversee the expansion of RGP’s M&A offering across the full transaction lifecycle – including due diligence, integration, and post-close optimization.
Boyer brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading cross-functional advisory teams and partnering with corporate and private equity clients to drive value creation.
He was previously a managing director in the M&A advisory practices of KPMG, Alvarez & Marsal, and Deloitte.
