Erin Fallon joins HKA as partner in Pittsburgh

Erin Fallon has joined HKA, a risk and disputes consulting firm, as a partner in its Pittsburgh office.

Fallon brings more than 20 years of experience as a construction consultant, advising clients in engineering and construction industries on claims, disputes, and project challenges. A seasoned scheduling and damages expert, Fallon specializes in analyzing project delay and disruption, and has worked with clients including owners, contractors, sub-contractors, insurers, design professionals, and legal counsel.

She has deep expertise evaluating change orders and requests for equitable adjustment and calculating damages relating to acceleration, termination, and cost overruns. Fallon has provided expert reports and expert testimony for US court proceedings and arbitral forums.

Fallon joins from J.S. Held, where she spent over eight years and was a managing director. Before that, she spent 12 years with The Rhodes Group (now FTI Consulting), where she was a project manager.

Fallon has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a certified cost professional and planning and scheduling professional.

HKA recently welcomed Brian Reimer as a director in its government contracting practice in Chicago.
