Maine Pointe appoints two new EVPs, bolsters TVO offering
Global supply chain and operations consultancy Maine Pointe has appointed Steve Thevenin as EVP of leader and organization improvement, and Brad Stitt as EVP of supply chain management.
The moves strengthen the Boston-headquartered consultancy’s ability to deliver Total Value Optimization (TVO) – its methodology that synchronizes the buy-make-move-fulfill supply chain to deliver the greatest value to customers and other stakeholders at the lowest cost.
Steve Thevenin has more than 30 years of experience in the area of leader and organization improvement (LOI), as well as deep experience in transformation initiatives. He joined Maine Pointe in 2018 as an LOI consultant, and in his new role as EVP he will be responsible for the planning, development, and deployment of LOI in consulting engagements. Leadership buy-in and effective organizational culture are a critical part of successful TVO and sales and operations planning initiatives.
Prior to joining Maine Pointe, Thevenin spent over two decades at IBM, where he was an executive consultant focused on improving and sustaining the effectiveness of executives, managers, and employees for IBM and its clients. During his time at Big Blue, he completed numerous projects across business transformation, organization design, change implementation, learning design and delivery, and stakeholder alignment, among other areas.
Thevenin has an MBA in finance from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Brigham Young University.
Brad Stitt brings more than 30 years of sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations experience to Maine Pointe, where he will serve as supply chain management leader. Stitt has extensive operational experience across the consumer products and pharmaceutical industries, as well as aerospace, oil and gas, and chemicals.
Prior to joining Maine Pointe, Stitt was a VP in the advisory practice at Hitachi Consulting, providing digital solutions that drove business improvement across planning, sourcing, production, and delivery. Before that he was an associate partner at Lodestone Management Consultants, where he built and provided advisory solutions enabling business transformation in the area of supply chain management. Before Lodestone, he was an associate partner and consumer products leader for supply chain strategy at IBM.
Stitt holds a bachelor of science from Canisius College.
“Maine Pointe’s strength is in our TVO approach to accelerated supply chain transformation, as well as with the skilled industry leaders who drive measurable change,” Steven Bowen, chairman and CEO of Maine Pointe, said. “Steve and Brad bring a powerful combination of insight, thought leadership and experience which directly relates to the successful implementation of supply chain and operations change. I am confident these industry experts will prove essential in rounding out our depth of expertise and delivering lasting value to all stakeholders in our clients’ end-to-end digital supply chains.”
