Brillio buys cloud consultancy Cedrus Digital

Brillio, an Edison, New Jersey-headquartered IT consulting firm, has acquired Cedrus Digital, a New York-based cloud consulting firm.

Founded in 2013, Cedrus provides services in cloud native engineering, cloud infrastructure ops, cloud security, automation, and user experience and design. The firm has technology partnerships with AWS, IBM/Red Hat, Netskope, Blue Prism.

Cedrus employs more than 150 cloud, data, and product engineers in the US and India.

Brillio’s acquisition of Cedrus will strengthen the firm’s digital transformation capabilities focused on Fortune 500 clients.

The acquisition follows Brillio’s November purchase of Standav, a Salesforce consulting and system integration firm headquartered in Silicon Valley and Dallas. The deal added over 200 certified consultants in Salesforce, CPQ, and pricing solutions across the US, Canada, and India.
