EisnerAmper launches outsourced IT offering
EisnerAmper, a mid-market accounting and consulting firm, has added an outsourced IT services offering to its wider outsourcing business.
To meet rising demand for enterprise IT services, EisnerAmper’s newest outsourced offering will deliver cybersecurity assessments; managed threat protection, scanning, and AI-based endpoint security; breach response and disaster recovery; software development; and staff augmentation.
The offering will be led by Rahul Mahna, who has served as the firm’s managing director of cybersecurity services for the last three years. Based in EisnerAmper’s Iselin, NJ office, Mahna has more than 20 years of experience in IT technology, software development, and cybersecurity.
"Companies are realizing that today's IT opportunities and threats require unique and specialized expertise. These organizations often aren't able to create that architecture in-house," Mahna said. "That's why they look to outsource this key function to a leading-edge firm that offers tailored, holistic solutions that are forward looking."
EisnerAmper’s wider outsourcing business has offerings in finance, accounting, tax, and human resources catering to small businesses and startups, family offices, real estate funds, and financial services providers.
"Clients are increasingly looking for outsourcing functions to save on costs and turn their attention to growing their businesses. And we believe this trend will only intensify," said Christopher Loiacono, vice chair of services at EisnerAmper. "We're excited to have added IT to our already comprehensive toolbox of outsourced services."
EisnerAmper has approximately 200 partners and 2,750 employees across the US, Cayman Islands, UK, Israel, and India. The firm provides a full suite of audit, tax, and business consulting services.
The firm recently acquired Raich Ende Malter & Company (REM), a New York-based accounting and consulting firm with 200 employees and 45 partners/principals.
