Clarkston Consulting announces partner promotions in Atlanta office
Clarkston Consulting, a business consultancy focusing on the life sciences and retail and consumer industries, has promoted Sarah Broyd and LaToya Lee Jones to partner and Marcus McCray to associate partner. All three are based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Broyd has been at Clarkston since 2009 and has completed engagements across change management, sales operations, trade promotion management, optimization of quality programs, and enterprise resource planning. She focuses on helping clients in regulated industries create efficiencies that ensure quality and cost savings without sacrificing speed-to-market.
Broyd has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Lee Jones has 25 years of consulting experience, including nearly 20 years with Clarkston. She focuses on advising pharma, biotech, and consumer goods firms on managing complex, global deployment – with particular expertise in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Veeva technology.
Lee Jones previously served as chair of the firm’s diversity council, where she continues to provide guidance for Clarkston’s DEI initiatives.
Before joining Clarkston, Lee Jones was a senior consultant at Accenture.
She has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
McCray has over 15 years of experience implementing quality systems, data management, business process redesign, and CRM projects for clients across sectors. He currently focuses on full-cycle technical project management for life sciences and consumer products clients.
McCray has been at Clarkston for 14 years and previously was director of professional services at BrightVine Solutions and a project manager at Aflac.
He has a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Alabama.
"Sarah and LaToya have demonstrated their ability to lead and advise during their tenures as associate partners. They both have strong track records of securing, growing, and managing strategic clients for the firm, while also guiding and mentoring our stewards internally. With Sarah and LaToya in the partner role, I am confident in Clarkston's ability to better serve our clients, our stewards, and our business," said president Mike Hackett.
"Over his time at Clarkston, Marcus has provided brilliant service to our clients and been instrumental in developing business for the firm,” Hackett added.” Further, his portfolio of clients, mentorship of stewards, and commitment to firm building make him a strong addition to our leadership team. I have no doubt he will continue to provide that exceptional service to both our clients and our firm in his new role as Associate Partner."
