Lees Parkin has rejoined Vantage Leadership Consulting in the newly created role chief of staff, effective April 17.

Based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters, Parkin reports directly to the company partnership. She is responsible for supporting the execution of strategic priorities, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional communication - including supporting sales, operations, and client onboarding to drive firm culture and client success.

Parkin returns to Vantage after taking a three-year career break to raise her family. She previously spent eight years at the consultancy, latterly serving as director of marketing. Before that, Parkin was an associate.

She has a bachelor’s degree in cultural studies from McGill University.

“We are thrilled to welcome Lees back to Vantage Leadership Consulting in the role of chief of staff,” said Keith Goudy, managing partner at Vantage. “She is a proven leader and has a deep understanding of our principles and purpose. We are confident that Lees will once again make significant contributions to our team and help us continue to grow and thrive.”

Parkin added, “What has always drawn me to Vantage Leadership Consulting is the firm’s unwavering commitment to their values, their genuine passion for the work they do, and their dedication to serving their community. Given the chance to play a pivotal role in promoting Vantage’s values, vision, and sustainability, I enthusiastically embraced the opportunity.”

Parkin is the latest in a number of senior appointments at the firm. Vantage earlier this year promoted Kathrina Dubnicek to chief administrative officer and Stephanie Clay to director of HR, learning & development.

The firm last year hired Danielle Klene and Lacey Savage as consultants.

Vantage was founded in 1976 and provides advisory services in selection and development assessments, executive coaching, leadership competency models, successional planning, high-performance teams, and culture audits, among other offerings. The firm has more than 40 employees, according to LinkedIn.
