RGP appoints Bhadresh Patel as chief operating officer
Resources Connection (RGP), an Irvine, CA-headquartered management consultancy, has appointed Bhadresh Patel as chief operating officer.
Based in Richmond, VA, Patel will oversee the firm’s global business operations and go-to-market strategies, as well as drive development of core consulting capabilities, its on-demand talent business, and delivery of services with blended teams.
Patel has been at RGP since July 2019, when it acquired Veracity Consulting Group. He has continued to serve as CEO of the digital transformation subsidiary, which he co-founded in 2015. Patel has also served as chief digital officer of RGP since 2021, overseeing technology, infrastructure, and digital modernization of the firm. He will continue to serve as chief digital officer.

Before Veracity, Patel spent 13 years with ICF Interactive (now ICF Olson), a customer experience agency, where he was senior vice president.

Jon Bohlman, COO of Veracity, will serve as interim CEO of the subsidiary until a new leader is chosen in the coming weeks.
RGP was founded in 1996 as a part of Deloitte US and spun off as a public company in 2000. The firm provides staffing solutions, project execution support, and end-to-end solution delivery in strategy and transformation, finance and accounting, risk and compliance, and technology and digital.
RGP has 3,600 professionals across 38 offices globally and has served 88% of the Fortune 100.
The firm recently announced it is acquiring Reference Point, a New York-based financial services industry consulting firm.
