Riveron acquires IT consultancy Yantra
Riveron, a Dallas-based business advisory firm, has acquired Yantra, a Santa Clara, CA-based IT consulting firm.
Founded in 2009, Yantra supports CFOs and CIOs on strategy alignment and innovation. The firm provides consulting and managed services in NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce, data and analytics, integration platforms, business transformation, and accounting services.
Yantra has approximately 300 employees across the US, Canada, India, and the Philippines.
Riveron’s acquisition will make it one of the largest NetSuite alliance partners and will expand its global headcount to over 1,000 people.
“Forward-looking organizations need technology solutions that will adapt and scale regardless of the business environment. With Yantra, we now have a global team to help Riveron serve the Office of the CFO and Private Equity firms to elevate performance,” said Sam Shaw, CEO of Riveron. “This acquisition will fortify Riveron’s position as technology and transformation leaders, reinforcing the value we provide to our collective clients.”
The bolt-on deal arrives one year after private equity firm Kohlberg & Company acquired Riveron.
Riveron was founded in 2006 and provides CFOs and investors with consulting services across accounting, ESG, finance, M&A, operations, restructuring and turnaround, strategic communications, tax, and technology services.
The firm has 16 offices in the United States.
