CrossCountry Consulting buys Salesforce specialist Dupont Circle Solutions

CrossCountry Consulting, a McLean, VA-based management consultancy, has acquired Dupont Circle Solutions (DCS), an Arlington, VA-based Salesforce consulting firm.

Founded in 2015, DCS has completed hundreds of client engagements across lead-to-quote processes, revenue operations, and full-cycle Salesforce strategy. The firm’s 60+ professionals provide advisory, implementation, and ongoing support services, and hold 175+ Salesforce and connected-platform certifications.

The DCS acquisition will enhance CrossCountry’s existing Salesforce practice – deepening capabilities in lead-to-cash and revenue operations. The combined team will support clients on the full revenue cycle, including CRM strategy, Salesforce implementation, CPQ and lead-to-cash optimization, and commercial analytics.

“Bringing DCS together with CrossCountry strengthens our ability to help clients transform their commercial operations end-to-end,” said Neil Smith, CEO of CrossCountry Consulting. “Combined with our broader advisory capabilities and growing AI solutions, we’re creating a highly differentiated offering that helps clients move faster, operate more effectively, and create lasting value.”

Ben Hatten and Erin Hatten, co-founders and managing partners of DCS, will join CrossCountry as leaders of the Salesforce practice.

“Joining CrossCountry expands what we can offer our clients, bringing dedicated Salesforce advisory and implementation expertise to their broader set of finance, risk, and transaction services,” Hatten said. “That intersection of capabilities, all grounded in the same expert-driven and people-first approach that defines our firm, is what excites us about this next chapter for our clients and our team.”

CrossCountry has over 1,600 global employees, according to LinkedIn. The firm provides corporate and private equity clients with services in accounting advisory, business transformation, corporate transactions, risk and compliance, technology, cybersecurity, and data and analytics.

CrossCountry earlier this year acquired CNM, a Los-Angeles-based technical advisory firm, and CDS, a San Francisco-based M&A consulting firm.
