Charles River Associates hires Graham Ross as chief marketing officer

Charles River Associates (CRA), a Boston-headquartered management consulting firm, has hired Graham Ross as vice president and global chief marketing officer.
Based in Toronto, Ross is a marketing and business development executive with 20+ years of experience in the professional services industry.
“I am excited to welcome Graham to the CRA team,” said Paul Maleh, president and CEO. “Throughout his career, he’s demonstrated the ability to develop bespoke strategies to drive growth, deepen existing client relationships, and bring in new business.”
Ross most recently spent seven years with law firm Corden Ladner Gervais LLP, where he was chief client officer. In the role, Ross oversaw marketing, pricing, competitive intelligence, and business development, and built out the firm’s client relationship management and client satisfaction systems.
Before that, he was a director of marketing and business development at law firms Torys LLP and David Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Earlier in his career, Ross was a director at PwC, where he advised clients on enhancing their marketing and business development capabilities.
He has an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a bachelor’s degree in business from Bishop’s University in Canada.
CRA was founded in 1965 and went public in 2003. The Nasdaq-listed consultancy provides services in litigation, regulatory, financial, and management consulting.
CRA is headquartered in Boston and has more than 1,000 consultants across 20+ global offices.
