Bill Maloney joins CrossCountry Consulting as Texas market lead
Bill Maloney has joined CrossCountry Consulting, a McLean, VA-based management consultancy, as Texas market leader and Dallas office managing partner.
Maloney will lead the firm’s strategy and operations in the Texas market, including delivering CFO solutions, building client relationships, and driving sustainable growth in the region.
CrossCountry opened its Dallas office in early 2024 in response to increased demand in the Southwest.
“As we continue to expand our presence in the Texas market, Bill’s expertise and strategic vision will be pivotal in driving our growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients,” said Erik Linn, co-founder and managing partner at CrossCountry Consulting.
Maloney joins from Riveron, where he spent the last six years and was COO for advisory and national financial advisory services practice leader. Before that, he was VP for reporting and technical accounting at Orthofix and VP for consulting at Accretive Solutions.
Earlier in his career, Maloney spent 12 years with PwC, where he was a director and worked on audit, accounting, and transaction services engagements.
He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.

CrossCountry was founded in 2011 and has grown to seven offices in the United States, as well as international locations in Canada, Ireland, South Africa, and the Philippines. The firm has over 1,200 employees, according to LinkedIn.
The firm provides CFOs, CIOs, other corporate functional leaders, and private equity clients with services in accounting advisory, business transformation, corporate transactions, risk and compliance, technology, cybersecurity, and data and analytics.
