The core service line has more than 500 global forensic technical expert witnesses who work with legal teams to make definitive analysis of the facts for distressed construction projects and disputes. HKA’s professionals advise on engineering and technical fields including architecture and building services, civil and structural, mechanical and electrical, geotechnical, industrial and process, oil and gas, mining, aviation, environment, and IT.

The forensic engineering practice investigates matters including liability, performance issues, material failure, delay factors, and design and contractor duties.
