Attain Partners promotes Reshma Patel-Jackson to partner
Attain Partners, a McLean, VA-headquartered management and technology consulting firm, has admitted Reshma Patel-Jackson to its partnership.
Patel-Jackson will continue to lead the strategic transformation services practice – focusing primarily on planning, assessment, program and change management, and business process modernization services for IT transformations on the Salesforce and Workday platforms.
Patel-Jackson has more than 15 years of consulting experience leading engagements in strategic planning, project management, change management, internal audit, compliance, and costing services for nonprofit, higher education, government contracting, and commercial clients.
She has helped win and deliver major contracts at various universities in the National Capital Region, as well as for nonprofits such as the NCAA and the Mitre Corporation. Patel-Jackson also led the design, development, and launch of Attain’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship (IDEA) Performance Maturity Framework, a proprietary tool that measures DEI practices across the areas of training and education, regulatory/compliance, governance, pipelines, and brand.
She joined Attain in 2006 as a consultant, leaving the firm in 2011 to take a manager role at Baker Tilly. She returned to Attain in 2013, and was promoted to principal in 2019 and managing director in 2021.
Patel-Jackson has an MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
“We are proud to welcome Reshma to the partnership and look forward to her continued contributions to the growth and success of our firm," said Greg Baroni, founder and CEO of Attain Partners. "She is a values-driven leader and trusted advisor, well known for her strategic approach, innovative thinking, and world-class delivery of services that drive value and impact to clients and their missions."
Founded in 2009, Attain Partners offers management, technology, and compliance consulting services to nonprofit, education, healthcare, and state and local government clients. The firm sold its federal practice to Maximus in 2021 for $430 million.
