Resources Connection (RGP), an Irvine, CA-headquartered management consultancy, has hired Michael Lane as president of on-demand talent and promoted Jon Bohlman to president of Veracity Consulting.

RGP acquired Veracity, an IT services and digital transformation consultancy, for approximately $30 million in 2019.

The firm – which provides and array of staffing and consulting services – also announced that Mairtini Ni Dhomhnaill would remain head of its third core business unit as founder of Countsy. RGP added Countsy – an outsourced accounting, HR, and back-office platform for startups, scaleups, and spinouts – when it acquired parent company Accretive Solutions in 2017.

“As we continue to grow and evolve our business by adding differentiated engagement models and solutions, we have committed to building clarity and driving focus around our three core business offerings of On-Demand Talent, Consulting, and Outsourced Services,” said Kate Duchene, CEO of RGP. “I’m pleased to welcome Mike to RGP as he takes on this important new role of leading our On-Demand Talent team.”

“I’d also like to congratulate Jon on his well-deserved promotion to lead our evolving consulting business that is bringing digital experience and functional expertise together,” Duchene added. “Along with Mairtini, Mike and Jon will help us develop and implement tailored strategies to optimize each unique business unit, foster cross-selling, and enhance our position in the marketplace.”
