West Monroe promotes 10 team members to managing director

West Monroe, a Chicago-headquartered management consulting firm, has promoted 10 people to managing director.
The new promotions come from a wide range of the firm’s industries, capabilities, and geographies.

Jenna Alden (technology and experience, Minneapolis) specializes in helping clients modernize their technologies, teams, products, and customer experience. She joined the firm in 2019 as part of the GoKart Labs acquisition.
Eric Anderson (energy and utilities, Chicago) helps utility firms complete advanced distribution management system (ADMS) and operations technology transformations. He joined West Monroe in 2018.
Tricia Anklan (energy and utilities, Salt Lake City) focuses on smart metering – supporting clients with operations modernization, customer experience enhancement, and regulatory compliance. She has been at the firm since 2012.
Tim Kocher (head of business development and partnerships – go-to-market, Chicago) leads the firm’s efforts in new business generation. He also oversees strategic partnerships with technology and specialized service providers. Kocher joined West Monroe in 2016.
Matt Kowske (operations excellence, Chicago) helps clients execute major software platform implementations, including ERP, workforce management, and warehouse management solutions. He joined the firm in 2015.
Mike Leone (mergers and acquisitions, Chicago) advises private equity firms on the full M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to integration and value creation. He joined West Monroe in 2018.
Glenn Pfenninger (organization, people, and change, Dallas) helps clients design operating models, define organization structures and workforce strategies, and drive culture and behavior change. He joins the firm in 2019.
Ben Snyder (technology and experience, Chicago) advises organizations on customer service and contact center transformations. He has been with West Monroe since 2011.
Sydney Spataro (leader of the internal finance group, Chicago) oversees the firm’s financial planning and analysis, treasury support, investment decisions, and process improvements. She joined West Monroe in 2016.
Kevin Wicklin (technology and experience, Chicago) helps clients implement IT solutions that improve sales performance and customer experience. He joined the firm in 2015.
