West Monroe moves to larger office spaces on West Coast

In the last year, management consultancy West Monroe has secured leases for larger office spaces in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.
The firm in a press release said the decision to expand its office footprint is because of its “belief human connection is essential to innovation, mentorship, and delivering value in an AI-driven world.”
"We are making a long-term investment in these markets while others are scaling back because we believe that collaboration is at the heart of effective consulting," added Brian Paulen, head of offices and global enterprise services at West Monroe. "Consulting is a people business, and we've seen firsthand that working side-by-side – both with our clients and each other – leads to stronger relationships and better outcomes.”
The new leases are larger, purpose-built spaces with full-floor footprints.
West Monroe signed its Los Angeles lease in February 2025, moving to suite 3000 at 7000 South Flower St – and nearly tripling its office size to 24,750 square feet. The office features an open floor plan and 360-degree views of the city.
West Monroe moved to its new San Francisco office in February 2024, which is located at 45 Fremont St, suite 3200, and is nearly twice the size of its previous office at 19,552 square feet. The space has collaboration areas and a dedicated library for quiet work.
The firm’s Seattle team in October 2024 moved to a larger 19,552-square-foot space on the 31st floor at 1201 2nd Ave. The downtown office features advanced technology, unique meeting areas, and a rooftop deck.
“These new office spaces are designed to bring people together to innovate and solve our clients' most complex challenges," Paulen said.
West Monroe is headquartered in Chicago and has 11 offices across the US, Costa Rica, and the UK. The firm’s 2,250 consultants work on projects in business operations, M&A, organization and people, customer engagement, product and experiences, and data and technology.
