Jatin Arora has joined MorganFranklin Cyber, a Charlotte, NC-based cybersecurity consulting and managed services firm, as managing director and head of cyber strategy & governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

Based in the New York City area, Arora brings more than 20 years of experience driving strategic transformation and innovation programs for enterprise cyber risk and compliance. He has extensive expertise across IT governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, risk management, third-party risk management, AI governance, and resilience.

Arora joins MorganFranklin from IT consultancy HCLTech, where he spent the last 17 years in the firm’s GRC practice, most recently as an associate vice president. Before that, he was a lead process consultant at Perot Systems and a senior associate at Sapient.

Arora has an MBA from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from S.S.V.P.S College of Engineering & Technology in India.

Private equity firm MC Partners earlier this year acquired MorganFranklin Cyber from Vaco, a Nashville-based HR and management consulting firm.
