Tripp Chandler joins HKA’s Atlanta office as partner
Tripp Chandler has joined HKA, a risk and disputes consulting firm, as an Atlanta-based partner in its construction, claims, and expert services practice.
A capital program and project advisory expert, Chandler will work with owners on strategy, planning, delivery, assurance, and value protection across the full lifecycle of capital investments.
He brings more than 10 years of experience advising on capital programs across areas including transportation, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and residential.
Chandler has expertise in project and program advisory, construction audits, cost recovery, project management information systems, process and control diagnostics, and independent QA and QC oversight.
“Tripp’s deep experience advising owners on capital programs, governance, and performance makes him a strong addition to our construction advisory leadership team. His ability to combine technical insight with strategic perspective will be invaluable to clients seeking to strengthen delivery outcomes and reduce risk across increasingly complex programs,” said Ed Federico, partner and construction claims and expert services lead, Americas, HKA.
Chandler joins from Protiviti, where he spent 11 years and was an associate director.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in housing and consumer economics from the University of Georgia and is a certified construction auditor.
“I’m excited to join HKA at a time when owners are facing increasing pressure to deliver capital projects efficiently, transparently, and with greater certainty,” Chandler said. “HKA’s integrated advisory and technical capabilities allow us to support clients well before disputes arise, helping them proactively manage risk, protect value, and make better decisions across their capital programs.”
HKA has more than 1,100 people across 40+ offices in 17 countries. The firm supports construction and energy sector clients with services in risk mitigation, dispute resolution, expert witness, and litigation support.
HKA recently promoted five US team members to partner.
