Global organizational consulting firm Korn Ferry has appointed two new Senior Client Partners. Don Lowman joins the Executive Pay & Governance practice at Stamford, while Mitul Modi joins the Healthcare advisory team in San Francisco.

Between them the two new appointees bring a wealth of international consulting experience spanning decades to the Korn Ferry Hay Group in North America. Headquartered in Los Angeles, Korn Ferry acquired Hay Group in 2015 to form a leading global consultancy with specialized expertise in talent and workforce management, leadership development, and business strategy.

Don Lowman joins from the College of William & Mary, Raymond A. Mason School of Business where he was Chief Operating Officer. His chief experience lies with executive compensation and leadership consulting. Lowman was previously a Principal at Aon Hewitt and a Managing Director at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson).

“Don has a track record of success in driving revenue growth through establishing and nurturing broad-based long-term client relationships,” said Frank Giampietro, President, North America, Korn Ferry Hay Group. “His experience of helping organizations navigate complex issues in the leadership and executive compensation space will be invaluable to our clients.”
