"As our talented people assume new responsibilities, opportunities for yet another generation of leaders emerge. The sheer number of promotions and appointments this year is a direct reflection of the robust growth we've experienced,” said Susan Stelter, West Monroe's chief people officer. "I congratulate this talented group for reaching this well-deserved recognition."

West Monroe’s new managing directors are:

Jeremy Bruck (mergers and acquisitions) advises buyers and portfolio companies across the deal lifecycle.

West Monroe also announced that Brian Paulen is stepping into the newly created role of managing partner for firmwide office leadership. He will work with office leaders to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices as the firm scales for new growth.

Paulen joined West Monroe in 2014 and previously served as Seattle office leader.

Succeeding Paulen in the Seattle office leader role is Jerin May, senior partner. Meanwhile, Tom Racciatti, partner, will succeed Tom Ewers as Minneapolis leader. Ewers was recently promoted to chief revenue officer.

Finally, West Monroe announced Jordan Sternlieb, senior partner, as the new leader of its Los Angeles office.

The firm – which has 2,000 people across offices in the US and UK – sold a 50% stake in the company to MSD Partners in October to help fund expansion of digital capabilities. The firm last year acquired Verys and Carbon Five to form the foundation of a digital product development unit.
