KPMG and Google join forces to bring Industry 4.0 solutions to clients

Big Four professional services firm KPMG has teamed up with Google to provide digital solutions powered by the the tech giant’s Cloud Platform. The partnership has already rolled out solutions related to intelligent customer interaction and GDPR compliance, with more innovative solutions in the pipeline.

Businesses striving to remain competitive are increasingly looking at digitalization and Industry 4.0 elements like artificial intelligence and cloud computing to unlock new efficiencies and boost productivity. Now, Big Four accounting and consulting firm KPMG has announced that it has partnered with Google to support clients with the adoption of AI and cloud computing technology. KPMG will build a suite of solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support a wide range of industry clients with cyber security, compliance, and business and process performance improvement. The solutions will have the added strength of GCP’s trusted security, data analytics, and machine learning.

KPMG has two solutions ready on the Google Cloud Platform – KPMG Intelligent Interactions and GDPR Assessment and Compliance. Intelligent Interactions uses machine learning and speech-to-text technology to automate and enhance customer interactions. Virtual assistants built with Google Cloud machine learning can also predict customer needs.

KPMG’s GDPR solution assists clients with the challenges of compliance, while laying the basis for strong data management and privacy beyond the domain of GDPR. The solution combines KPMG’s advisory expertise in regulation and compliance with Google’s secure cloud-based data warehousing and infrastructure – reducing compliance costs while streamlining processes.
